Jenn is interested in being a part of organizations that exhibit vibrant teams, cultures that encourage innovation and integrity, and leadership that is committed to living out their mission in daily operations and decisions. Jenn joined The Civic Canopy Board to learn and share alongside likeminded people. She aims to provide a strategic lens as the Canopy Board works collectively towards realizing its vision. Most recently, Jenn was a Strategy & Operations Consultant Manager with Slalom Consulting where she provided advisory services to cross-industry clients in the greater Denver area by helping them identify solutions to problems they are facing, from driving growth and entering new markets to transforming their business or operating model. Jenn studied Industrial Engineering and Managerial Sciences at Northwestern University and has spent most of her career in Strategy and Operations consulting, in larger to mid-sized private firms as well as independently within the International Development field. Her belief in having a holistic and meaningful approach to work and life has led her to grow her skills in different industries, cultures, and geographies. Through her past experiences, she has strived to continually learn and add expertise to her skills in strategic thinking, operational efficiency, analytical problem-solving, and delivering sustainable solutions.
