Lynn is excited to join the Civic Canopy Board as its vision, mission, and core beliefs resonate strongly with her values and the work she is engaged in. For the past 12 years, Lynn Borup has focused on developing programs and initiatives that provide solutions to critical healthcare needs and health disparities throughout rural southwest Colorado as the executive director of Tri-County Health Network. Through an emphasis on collaboration and innovation under Lynn’s leadership, TCHNetwork has grown from providing three Community Outreach programs to spearheading more than 25 across six counties. With a mission of promoting health equity for all community members, Lynn advanced TCHNetwork’s position as a trusted convener by engaging local organizations, government agencies, and the community-at-large in promoting racial equity, inclusivity, and cultural understanding. Lynn has over 20 years of extensive healthcare experience in executive leadership roles in both the nonprofit and for-profit arena, with an emphasis on rural and underserved populations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Colorado State University and completed coursework towards her MBA at the University of Redlands (CA). Lynn spends her free time skiing, playing hockey, and enjoying Colorado’s beautiful outdoors with her husband, their three sons, and two furry kids.
