Julie Ann Mordecai is a retired nonprofit executive with nearly three decades of experience in fundraising, organizational leadership, and community development. As Executive Director of the San Luis Valley Boys & Girls Clubs, she tripled funding and quadrupled services in under five years, and went on to lead the Colorado Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs, supporting 17 organizations statewide. She also owned and operated the award-winning Cottonwood Inn in Alamosa and founded her own consulting firm, The Complete Non Profit, before retiring in 2022. Now based in Mazatlán, Mexico, and Salida, Colorado, Julie remains civically engaged, volunteering as a mentor for Colorado nonprofits and recently joining the Civic Canopy and Club Rotario Mazatlán Marina.
